AI Upscaled the original 2000 release of the games FMVs and interpolated them to play out at 30fps. (2000 release has more details in the fmvs that were lost in the steam versions)

Originally i had upscaled the 2013 FFVIII steam release fmvs and they looked good. Searched online and found the original FFVIII fmvs from the 2000 release and AI Upscaled those instead. The 2000 release FMVS have more detail that was lost in the 2013's release.
While not perfect, there is definitely some AI jank in the videos if you get up close to look for it, but i do think they look better than whats in the normal install of the steam version.
Also interpolated the FMVs to play at 30fps. This introduces some jank as well since some FMVs have in game models play out in them. The in game models will play out at 2x the intended speed. So, be aware of that.
I may release an upscaled 15fps version...i may not. It takes awhile for the program to do its thing since my PC has 6 year old parts now.
Another thing, yes the fmv files are more GBs than the base game. Download them if you'd like or not. I just felt like uploading these in case anybody else wants them as I wanted them for my game.
Install:
Just replace the Steam Final Fantasy VIII Data folder with the downloaded Data folder and override all files.
