This is a remastering of the FMVs in Final Fantasy X. All FMVs have been upscaled and enhanced using AI. The main goal was to subtly enhance the original videos while removing compression artifacts. Available in both 1080p and 4K.
IMPORTANT: The 4K videos do suffer from some occasional stuttering that I have not found a way to resolve as of yet. This seems to be an issue with the in-game video player as the files play without issue using an external player. The 1080p videos do not have this issue.
The files have been split up into three categories:
You only need to download the language you want to use. Note that the Shared files are used regardless of language preference, so make sure to download those along with your preferred language.

That's it! The FFX Loader will do the work of loading the videos as long as they are in the correct folders.

- Unzip the FFX Loader files directly into the game directory.
- Open the data folder in the FFX/X2 installation directory and create a new folder called mods.
- Unzip the video files and copy the ffx_data folder (and all of the subsequent folders/files) into the mods folder.

That's it! The FFX Loader will do the work of loading the videos as long as they are in the correct folders.
