This is my first attempt at modding the ol' vidja games. Just a simple recolor of some of my least used characters during my playthrough, there are a few rough edges that I plan to fix in the future.
Installation Instructions:
Install UnX from ProjectX.

Unzip the zip file into the "...inject\textures" folder.
...\Steam\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY FFX&FFX-2 HD Remaster\UnX_Res\inject\textures
You can use subfolders if you want to organize your mods further. Alternatively, unpack all your .dds textures into the textures folder only.
