The Dragon Age Community Contest (win prizes!)

  • Comment
Some members of the Dragon Age community have decided to run a content-creation competition for Dragon Age, complete with prizes for the winners. This is a great way to improve your skills in the toolset while gaining some reputation and recognition within the community. Here's the announcement from the competition creators:

Announcing the Dragon Age Community Contest... win prizes and improve your modding!

The Community Contest is a content-creation contest organised by the Dragon Age community. Prizes, which vary between contests, are generously donated by community members and our sponsors, Dragon Age Nexus and the Bioware Store. All work submitted to the contest will be freely available for all to use and modify in mods and can be viewed in the Community Contest Catalogue, offering an invaluable community resource which improves over time.

The community contest is an excellent opportunity to learn how to use the toolset for the first time or improve your existing knowledge with a wealth of tutorials, guidance and support. With more prizes on the way, its also your chance to get hold of goodies and get personal help on your mod project from community members! Before long, we'll have a great catalogue of content to improve the library of available assets and improve the quality of Dragon Age modding for both builders and players!

Our first two contests are creating a settlement level and creating new props. Why not join our group and let us know which contest you'll be entering!

We look forward to your entries and building a better modding community!

The closing date for the contest is nearing so if you'd like to get involved please head on over to the contest site ASAP to find out what you need to do.

Good luck to everyone involved!

I like it how one of the prizes is that some people are willing to do modding work for you.
