Get rid of that ugly cyan colour on those houses and attempt to bring back the rugged old feeling buildings used to have! (Partially)

WHAT THE MOD DOES DO:
Retexture all Central and Housing district buildings to have a more warm, orange hue, getting rid of that ugly cyan.
Retexure the buildings on entering Frostland view
Partially retexture the cyan on the fighting hubs.
WHAT THE MOD DOESN'T DO:
Recolour the district in strategic view or the district outlines (personally I think they're fine as is but if not I can work something out).
Successfully retexture the cyan on the fighting hubs.
