My attempt to "fix" carriers. Fighters will load weapons appropriate to what weapons you've researched and will have some basic defense against all weapon types. Assault Fighter Modules will no longer give you Guardian Fighters. Guardian Fighter Modules will no longer give you Interceptors.

Accelerates the movement speed of ships by 2 times.

Overpowered Racial Ability and Extremely Powerful Starting System Mod
This mod adds "Overpowered" racial ability that gives you a plethora of bonuses in pretty much every aspect of the game, as well as a great starting system "Kepler-51" that contains three class 30 planets with their own traits (shielded, active core and bread basket) that are colonizable right off the bat.

Adds two new human civilizations to the game: Star Federation and War Clan. These are added via the XML append method for customization and compatibility. Both use a modified Terran ship style with custom designs and upgrading blueprints. Each has a new leader portrait, home system, and ship color scheme.
