Is it possible to create a mod that adds the green firefly to ALL outfit?

It's really inconvenient having to switch to the Traveler's Attire every now and then to see if there's an artifact nearby.

    That is most likely a script mod, which unfortunately is not possible at this time. More modding tools are needed for that.
