      Exactly. The charm system is not needed when you use the GoT Cheat Table. You can have as many major or minor charms activated as you like.

      But you can't save it every time you exit the game

      How exactly can I do that in cheat engine?

      You can save your stats if you use the correct table.

      Get the correct Cheat Table from here:

      Scroll down on the first post until you see "Archived". Click on that to show the different tables, and download the one that has the most downloads. That one has the most options (even more than the newest version), and a save stat feature.

      I've downloaded the correct CT from the link you mentioned (The1Sakishiro) combined the charm of saragu's sight + blazing flame + Inari +carnage, when I freeze the selected elements at first glance it worked but it's just usable for once then it dissapears. 
      So I expended the number of usable charms to 210 which is the max number and saved the CT to my Got save it won't open anymore now I have to replay the whole game again and all my save files now are corrupted cause the game doesn't allow me to use more charms than the original applicable ones in the charm slots (2 major + 4 minor) I think it's much more easier to have a psarc file which allows you to do that feature.

      Well you just used it incorrectly if that happened to you.

      Did you also change the value from 0 to 1 on each charm before you checked the boxes?

      If not, then there is your answer to why they only worked once.
