Iki Island is not possible
Known Issues: Non main storyline quests remain unactive in Toyotama and Kamiagata. Mongol Settlements are also empty. You can only meet road enemies. If anyone knows how to make them become active (non main line quests, Mongol Settlements and Iki Island Access) without finishing ACT1 it would work great with this file, let me know in the comments.
I don't quite enjoy the way you have to clear one region first to do the others, it kinda breaks the open world feeling.
