Replaces Wolves Urban camo with my custom camo Muddy Pipe Water

Made in gimp using only the splatter brush and then ran through a few filters.
Thank you to the individuals of Tier 1 Imports Discord server for taking the time to create tutorials, without that I would not know how to do basic things like edit my own files and make camos, etc...
Replaces: Wolves Urban = Muddy Pipe Water
Place the numbered folders within the "Extracted" folder of Resources.forge and repack each one, then repack the Resources.forge.
If you installed camo mods before it's the same process.
Please back up original files if you haven't done so!
