well I Find it funny that majority of the tops I like got patches in both of the arms
sometimes i like patch in left arm sometime i like it on right arm
so this Mod basically remove patch from either right arm or left arm or both

Read the installation Instruction carefully - Its very important
first unpack the DataPC_Resources_patch_01.forge file
in the anvil-toolkit search box type - Top_Crye_G4_LOD
Delete all the files named >
1162_-_TP_Top_Crye_G4_LOD0.data
286_-_TP_Top_Crye_G4_LOD1.data
285_-_TP_Top_Crye_G4_LOD2.data
284_-_TP_Top_Crye_G4_LOD3.data
283_-_TP_Top_Crye_G4_LOD4.data
the Number in the front of the files maybe different from mine its okay just dont delete those FTP files
Now copy and paste the files you downloaded Directly into your DataPC_Resources_patch_01.forge folder and Repack
