First download the 1st Person mod by lord Tavreth
Now install this mod
Download & extract the .Rar file
Just drag & drop the files to the game's directory where the game executables are located
If the DoF effect is still there try disabling motion blur in the game's setting
That's pretty much it

Motion blur workaround fix (if it's not broken just ignore this)
Go in-game and let your character spawn
Go to the game's menu turn motion blur back on
Quit the game & launch it again
If you're lucky the DoF is gone and the motion blur is working again
