About this mod

This mod increases damage multipliers to create higher lethality. Please read the full description for details.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
This mod is meant to create a higher lethality gameplay experience.  It achieves this by doing a couple of things:

1)  The stealth damage curve is flattened.  Damage output will no longer vary with detection status.  Bullets are bullets.  They do the same damage regardless of your detection status.  Enemies don't magically get stronger after they see you.

2)  All damage output is increased across the board for all weapons by changing the multipliers (this is done through multipliers, so you won't see it in the damage UI damage numbers).  Some of the weaker ARs (mk18 for example) will take out most unarmored enemies with 3 body shots (regardless of whether your detected or not).  The stronger weapons will be even stronger now that the multipliers are higher.  You'll notice the biggest difference when in "hot" engagements.  Your guns will not feel like pea shooters.

This mod is my interpretation of how damage should be.  If you don't like it, don't use it.  This mod will definitely make your game a bit "easier."  I designed these damage multipliers on extreme difficulty with no hud.  If you play with hud assist elements or on an easier difficulty, you might find that this mod trivializes your game.  It's your choice whether to use it or not.  I may release more variations in the future with the multipliers at different levels but that all depends on whether or not I feel like it/have time.

This mod does not change damage values of individual guns, and does not change the fact the heavies are still bullets sponges due to their ridiculous health values.  If you are using modded guns with their damage values tweaked, they will hit even harder now.  That's just how it goes.  I will not mod your individual guns for you (consider reaching out to the Bivouac team if you want individual guns modded).
