Adds additional trades for Silver Centrum: Rafele Coins/Legendary Merits/Rainbow Prisms

UPDATED FOR 1.2
Replaces the trades for Fortitude Shard, Fortitude Crystal (S), and Fortitude Crystal (M) with 3 new recipes for Silver Centrum:
- 50x Rafele Coin
- 50x Legendary Merit
- 50x Rainbow Prism
This mod modifies the following tables (and is therefore not compatible with other mods that modify these tables):
- item_material_list
- item_tier_map
- trade
The goal of this mod is to make farming for Silver Centrum less tedious and to create some additional uses for items players may have an excess of. I thought 50 of each seemed like a relatively balanced trade.
To use, follow this handy guide on how to set up Reloaded II and the GBFR Mod Manager.
