This is just a 100% complete save file. Completed without cheats.
Simply place the save file in your save file directory. (If you do not know where that is, instructions are included/below)
!!!!BEFORE INSTALLATION!!!! - THIS WILL REPLACE THE 8TH SLOT ON YOUR SAVE LIST. MAKE SURE IT IS NOT CURRENTLY IN USE!
How to install:
1. Navigate to your documents folder
2. Follow this directory: Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA Vice City Definitive Edition\Profiles
3. Once you are in the Profiles folder, you will see a folder named with random letters/numbers, open that.
4. Place the save file (GTAVCsf9.sav) in that folder.
5. Open Vice City and load a game, you will see a new save file called "Distribution"
6. That's all
