All random and additional lines of the main character of GTA Vice City Next gen Edition, which are not in the original Nextgen Edition build, have been translated and voiced into Russian. More than a thousand phrases have been processed.

- Заменить файл speech.rpf по следующему пути: "...путь до папки с игрой\GTA Vice City Nextgen Edition\pc\audio\Sfx"
