2 new outfits/Models doesn't replace any models just adds them, go ahead and ignore the desktop ini files I'm not sure how those got added in.

Just 2 skins based off the cult classic Scarface thought it would be fitting to the game seeing how Vice City was inspired by it comes with install video or just click the YouTube link in the videos tab. (I'm still trying to figure it out but it's a pain)
I found a mod made by BENZIESMODS on the GTA forums which reverts your skin after the cutscene ends but no luck on changing the models for the cutscenes.
