About this mod
Adds more variety to peds walking around the city, more clothing color variations also adds races of some peds (army, PIG security guys). Uses the regular blocky models the mod was made with.

This adds several textures to almost every ped in the game, giving them more variety.
Back up your files if you want to keep original textures on hand.
I did rip some biker models from gta 4 because i hate how the original VC bikers look, gave them crappy low res textures to try and blend in better with the classic blocky look of the other peds.
So if you prefer the originals I have added the models and instructions on how to put them back in (you will need OpenIV)
Also changed the voices of some of the gangs like the bikers so they don't sound Albanian, and the Diaz Gang members so they now sound Latino. (I tried replacing the Vercetti Gang guys voices with Italians but they don't speak for some reason, at least they don't sound like Badman anymore.)
