Vice City Next Gen - Ped Variety

Adds more variety to peds walking around the city, more clothing color variations also adds races of some peds (army, PIG security guys). Uses the regular blocky models the mod was made with.

True Tommy Textures

I've gone ahead and added a necklace and watch to the skins to closely resemble the originals I've also gone ahead and redone the 100% skin to look better than it was lmk how it looks I haven't checked it in game Ai was used on the original pretty obvious but that could probably said for most skins. (I also added textured pupils to all eyes)

VCNE Launcher Reskin

Just a simple reskin of the launcher as I wasn't really vibing with original skin. (Simple .png files)

Tommy Montana

2 new outfits/Models doesn't replace any models just adds them, go ahead and ignore the desktop ini files I'm not sure how those got added in.

Heavy Weapon Running

Allows Tommy to sprint with two-handed weapons, using the animations from Vice City Stories.

OG Inspired lock on and Radar

Changed the radar and lock on to closely resemble the original. Unfortunately doesn't spin like the original if you know how to script something like you're more than welcomed too just credit me is all I ask for.
