About this mod
This mod overhaul does the following: Adds skill modifier components for most skills Increased devotion cap to 75 Increased skill points past level 85 to 2 per level Reduced resistance penalty on ultimate Buffs "proc skill" proc chance Increased attack,cast and run speed cap Increased stash size Buffs enemies

The main features of this mod is a new component that drops from hero orbs, these have a skill modifer that in some way changes a skill like : increased summon limit, inceased targets, increased aoe, reduced cooldown etc.
The mod also contains the shasherv13 increased stash mod.
The following is all the other changes of the mod:
Stats changes:
Changed attack speed cap to 300%
Changed cast speed cap to 300%
Changed run speed cap to 175%
Changed resistance penalty on ultimate to 25% in all damage types
Devotion changes:
Changed devotion cap to 75
Added CDR, Attack speed and cast speed to a few devotion constalations
Buffed targos hammer devotion skill.
Buffed Guardians gaze devotion skill.
Enemy changes:
Increased enemy hp scaling by 20% on elite and 30% on ultimate
Increased enemy total damage by 3% on elite and ultimate
Reduced enemy max freeze resist on all dificulties.
Item changes:
Changed price of xp potion to 20k
Added a chance to find xp potions in vendors misc catagory
Added a new type of component with skill modifers, it drops from hero orbs and most can be inserted in belts, but some are for the shoulders.
Stash changes:
Added the stasher v13 mod with a fix for the stash switch button position.
Skill changes:
All class autoattack proc skills now scale to 50% proc chance starting from the last 5 hardcapped skill levels to support a single proc build with one of the
skill components for those proc skills.
How to install:
Extract the zip file into your grim dawn mods folder.
Launch the game select custom game then select the mod on the list.
The mod also contains the shasherv13 increased stash mod.
