Ticket mod by HippieCommunist, fixed error by AP84 (the script often gave an error message and stopped working).
When player has 1 wanted star, the police will only fine the player instead of arresting him (only if the player has more than 100$), the cop who gives you the fine will carry your money, in case you'll want it back must be still to get ticket (both in car or on foot).

Put into scripts folder ( Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\scripts )
It requires scipthook to work (links in the archive)
Work well with the Traffic Crimes and Drive Felonies mod or Weapon arrest.
