This mod changes 5 of the vanilla IV themes to totally custom ones. Also it changes theme previews that can be seen at vipluxuryringtones.com.

This mod changes 5 of the vanilla IV themes to totally custom ones. Also it changes theme previews that can be seen at vipluxuryringtones.com. This way you can go to the website and select the exact themes you want to use. Some of those themes may not be 100% lore-friendly, so keep that in mind. None of them break the 4th wall though, but some may feature content from another game universes.
Theme list:
Vice City Rampage - pink and yellow sunset colors, palm trees and an SMG, exactly what we love Vice City for.
Street Racing - a tribute to NFSU2 magazine covers in the Liberty City setting.
Liberty City Rampage (not the hockey team) - a piece of that dark and grimy LC vibes we've first seen in GTA III.
Banger Racing - rusty cars, dirty tracks and lots of graffiti. Buckle up and ram 'em all of the track!
Far Cry New Dawn Highwaymen Vibe - a nod to the Highwaymen empire featured in Far Cry New Dawn.
Installation:
Themes:
Run OpenIV (or SparkIV)
Open scripttxds.img located in \pc\data\cdimages
Enable Edit mode
Drag & drop the contents of the scripttxds.img folder into the archive
Web previews:
Open webthemesvip.wtd located in \pc\textures
Drag & drop the contents of the webthemesvip.wtd folder into the archive
Disable Edit mode
You're all set!
*To use the themes on your phone, you're going to need a Whiz cell phone. Once you got it, visit any internet cafe, go to vipluxuryringtones.com and buy the desired themes. Then, go to Options in your phone and select the theme you want to use.
Hit me up if you want new themes added into the mod. If I find your suggestions interesting, I'll make a theme based on them and add it in the next update.
