This mod is made to enhance the GTA IV experience on low-end computers

What this mod does is change the draw distance and resolution, among other things in the Commandline
The idea is not to change texture or effect files, just to reduce them or the distance from which they are perceived, and not to lose the essence of the game in most of the playtime and improve the experience for those who don't have a powerful enough computer
