Car Pack which improves the looks on the Vapid Stanier based models (Taxi / Police Cruiser / Noose Cruiser) and adds a civilian version of the car.
This mod comes with an optional support for a working steering wheel (requires ZolikaPatch)

Hey there,
since I don't like the ugly base grille on the GTA IV Vapid Stanier, I made a few adjustments to it which I am glad to share with you.
The following specific changes have been made on the Stanier-based models Taxi / Police Cruiser / Noose Cruiser:
• Removal of vertical bars & addition of a third horizontal bar on the front grille
• Repositioning of "Vapid" badge from the hood to the center of the grille
• OPTIONAL: working steering wheel (see requirements below)
Additionally, I added a civilian version of the Stanier (replaces the Washington) with the following adjustments:
• Grill adjustments & steering wheel function like mentioned above
• Changed black plastic grille to a more luxurious looking chrome grille
• Replaced the industrial wheels with alloy wheels (from the Merit)
In order to have this car pack working, you need to fulfill the following requirements:
• OPTIONAL: ZolikaPatch installed (I use v. 7.65) => required for the steering wheel to work!

• Rockstar Games for the vehicles & car parts
HOW TO INSTALL:
• Replace the .wft & .wtd files in the GTA IV "vehicles.img" file via OpenIV
• OPTIONAL for the steering wheel function: replace the respective car lines in the GTA IV "vehicles.ide" file
