The corrupted officer Frank Tenpenny from GTA San Andreas ported to GTA IV by me
It retains the original weights from GTA SA as I've renamed all the weights, so the model's movements are as loyal as possible to the original.
Features:
- Full in-game facial animations
- Original rig from GTA SA preserved and adapted to GTA 4
- Custom made GTA 4 specular map, dummy normal map to get the most accurate look to SA's Tenpenny
You can install this skin by replacing an existing ped in OpenIV
