Overhauls the complete estate with Scarface Inspired props and rooms. In the future I plan to Recreate the "Rub Out" and "Keep your Friends Close" missions to better utilise the new space and GTA 4 engine.
Apologies for the delay in releasing this, it's taken 100's hours to create this.
New Rooms:
Bedroom
Bar/Games Room
Reception Room
Dining Room
Kitchen
Lounge
Basement
Other features:
Upscaled textures
Inclusion of Spec and Normal Maps
Doors to Balcony and Patio
Pools made deep enough to swim in
Balcony has been remade
Improved Collisions
Filled out new and existing rooms with props
Installation:
Just install the new .IMG, .IDE and .DAT files, no need for OpenIV as whole archives are replaced (every file was altered so no point in loose files).
This will not work without a modified IVTweaker config file, but I have included mine in the optionals so you can just drag and drop.
This runs fine on my Mid range Gaming laptop, but older hardware may struggle. I've experienced no performance issues.
