8k Rainfall and Water Drop Collision are Rehauled (beyond upscaleing) i remapped all rain textures to make it feel like rdr2 rainfall as you can see in the images, making the rain look like rdr2 is my goal.

8k rainfall and water drops are overhauled beyond upscaling, i remapped all water to make it feel like rdr2 rainfall
Installation:
Install Openiv https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/openiv
Open Openiv
Open package installer
Click Rainfall Rehaul.oiv and install to mods folder
Enjoy the rainfall!
Using texture software i was able to replicate the Red Dead Redemption 2 rain to make GTA5 finally look more realistic during thunderstorms and rainstorms.
For people with Graphic Mods:
Install Graphic Mods Version.oiv in the Graphic mods compatibility folder
