You should probably post this mod in https://www.nexusmods.com/games/gta5enhanced as this is one is considered for older version. Also can you please let me know what program did you use to edit update2.rpf ? I've tried CodeWalker but my game has errors after editing the file.
So i can't seem to get this to work. I'm not using Steam or Epic games. I launch straight from Rockstar launcher. BUT it's forcing an automatic update once it detects the missing cache file. Then it forces the Update2 data that was replaced with the mod. Even though i've obviously switched the OFF in the settings. I still can't find a way to stop the launcher from automatically forcing an update. Plus it won't allow me to launch the game if it's not up to date LOL i really hate Rockstar for this. CA/LD are the reasons i won't play this game. It's eye cancer lol. Now i don't know what to do with this mod. Any suggestions would be great from you guys

Yeah it works! just tested in my Epic Games version and works with ChromatiX mod. Just follow the author installation guide but make sure to delete the rpf.cache file in the game location then desable the game automatic updatading from Epic Game.
Would be nice to have a version that also removes yellow tint from most of the weathers, I believe RealityV and RealismV already do this but they include a bunch of other stuff (textures, paywall etc.) that ppl might not want

constant crashes to desktop so had to reverify files just for game to open again
