1. Make sure you save your save file before.
and/or disable Autosave in the options.
2. Simply copy the downloaded save file to this direction:
C:\Users\*USER*\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTAV Enhanced\Profiles\*NUMBER*
3. You start with Franklin in Morningwood near the "Tivoli-Cinema".
Change to Michael or Trevor (better use Michael, because he is usually closer).
Drive fast to the Cinema where Franklin is. Franklin will ask you for a drink.
Press E and then go with him to the Cinema and watch a Movie together (you can skip the movie).
Well done! Congratulation!
