Hatless Ralsei's outline mesh has been restored! the old glitch of having to view the character in career mode is no more. Weighting fixes have also been made, face now is more symmetrical.

This is a remake of a mod I made 2 months ago (https://www.nexusmods.com/guitarheroworldtour/mods/393). The mod was sloppy as it was the first-ever mod that I made. I decided to remake the mod as well as adding Ch. 2 Ralsei as well.
File names are now Ralsei and Hatsei because i was sick of typing "Ralsei Hatless". (The older Ralsei mod's filename has been changed to RalseiOld, just in case you still want it)
