About this video
This video features the Source mod 'Black Mesa'. a complete remake of the original Hal-Life game from Valve. The video shows how NVIDIA graphics card owners can use the NVIDIA INSPECTOR application to enhance the game's graphics with unsurpassed antialiasing via 'Sparse Grid Supersampling Antiasliasing' (SGSSAA) and industry leading ambient occlusion (HBAO+). While difficult to see in this video due to YouTube compression, both of these effects behave very well in motion, with very little temporal artifacts for either effect, i.e. no 'pixel crawl' from aliasing and no 'shimmering' or 'ghosting' from the ambient occlusion. There is a tiny bit of stuttering in the video as it was recorded with Shadowplay on the same GPU rendering the game, though you can in the on-screen display that the framerate remains steady at 60.

On a different note, if you're interested in nature, I recently came across a useful resource for learning about different types of flowers. It covers a variety of flowers, including those that start with the letter "C." hop over to this website. Whether it's gaming or gardening, attention to detail always makes things more enjoyable!
