So! Why did I make this?
Extra neat features this mod provides:
1. Saves your settings for future!
(except movement)
2. Allows you to use the menu with a controller!
3. Can be used with both Halo CE & PC!
4. You can customize this to your own liking!
Here's how to use anyway:
Extra notes regarding use:
I also recommend getting Halo Refined (incl. all the extra files)
as this will make your game look much nicer.

I got annoyed that each time I disconnected my controller
that it would reset my settings. This means having to go through each menu
and try to remember what the settings were.
Not any more!
I've mapped each button (except move & look) to the appropriate
corresponding buttons.

1. Download JoyToKey (it's free!).
2. Make sure to run your JoyToKey as Admin each time you open it (same with the main game).
3. Download the .cfg file from this mod and place it into: C:\Users\%UserName%\Documents\JoyToKey.
4. Select the appropriate profile, and make sure all is set up, then you're good to go!

1. You still have to set your movement axis. Why? Because it is much smoother than JoyToKeys movement,
and in all honesty to try to replicate it EXACLY like the game would be too much.
2. This also means that you can clear whatever current settings you have in the controls,
it would work best if you only set the movement controls up.
3. This would not be suitable for MCC, as it would be way better to use the in-game setup for that one.
