Makes Halo 3 ODST weapons dual wieldable for 3.

The pickup display for the dual wielding does not match the actual weapon.
For silenced SMG , it is the SMG
For Automag , it is the Magnum
To correct that, I would have to edit the "hud_messages.multilingual_unicode_string_list", but I cannot extract it.
Editing in Guerilla would only destroy the file. so i excluded it.
How to install:
- Navigate to ?:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\H3EK
- Overwrite the files from the downloaded with those in the folder
