Adds standalone drone biped that better resembles the drones from Halo 3 and ODST.
Supports color change and shield vitality.

Created for Ruby of Blue after I agreed to make it and then ghosted him for an entire year.
These files are standalone and shouldn't interfere with the regular bugger tags whatsoever. This also means that if you want to see them in game you'll need to edit the character list in your scenario.
The buggers themselves have vanilla stats and values for everything, with vitality values pulled from ODST, so they're a bit fragile. Captains and Captain Majors are already equipped with energy shield support. Also enabled headshot kills on them.
I'd prefer not to be credited, mentioned, or messaged unless absolutely necessary. That being said, please do share the mod page or files if someone ever asks for them. Thanks.
