Winter Contingency
Weapons
Assault rifle's view model has changed to act like it is looking down iron sights
Magnum does lots of damage plus view model change as well as less ammo capacity
DMR works sort of like a two shot BR with changed rate of fire
Jorge's Mini gun shoots faster
Armor Abilities aren't changed
Plasma pistol shoots multiple shots
Needler is OP like a covenant fully automatic homing shotgun
Plasma Rifle Shoots faster and overheats quicker
Energy sword view model changed
Concussion rifle shoots two shots but is a glass cannon
Plasma repeater shoots faster
Needle Rifle shoots faster
Added anti-grav generators to the frag grenade. Chuck in water.
Plasma Grenade's are cool

Didn't do anything to the banshees or Falcons
Added a heavy but powerful engine to the truck

The main mod is complete. I may do some multiplayer maps in the future. Anywho, Have fun with the mod.
