The title pretty much explain everything since the old mod made by another guy is broken by an update so i decided to update it
Installation:
1.Download the file (duh)
2.Backup The Halo Reach maps (Optional but Recommended)
2.Extract it in Whatever drive you have your steam in:\Steam\steamapps\common\Halo The Master Chief Collection
3.Replace all
4.Launch the game without easy anti cheat
5.Have fun playing the game without the annoying smiley face
