I extracted the Bungie day 08 themes from my xbox 360 in an attempt to make them Halo MCC backgrounds

I made it a transitional theme for the Halo Reach menu so it transitions through all 4 pics roughly every 10 seconds.

also I used the bicubic smoother on adobe photoshop when enlarging the pictures to 1920x1080 to ensure no loss in quality

And yes the bk2 file is in 1920x1080 but I will be providing a zip file with the original pngs so you can make you're own resolutions.

How to replace the Halo reach menu

.First unzip the bungie day 08 bk2 file where ever you see fit.

.rename it to FMS_hr_bg.bk2

.Then Go to the main folder: Halo The Master Chief Collection> MCC>contents>movies

.then remove the FMS_hr_bg thats IN the movies folder (I recommend putting it in a back up folder)

.then put the bungie day version of FMS_hr_bg in the movies folder and it should be set and ready for your viewing pleasure.
