This mod swaps out the Master Chief Collection's standard loading screen (with the logo flashing in the corner) with the classic loading screen from Halo 3. If you want to use it as the background for some other part of the menu, just rename the .bik file to that of the file you want to replace. Massive thanks to Xephorium's excellent work reconstructing the animation in WebGL for making this much, much easier.
Drop into Halo The Master Chief Collection\MCC\Content\Movies\ and move, rename, or delete FMS_loading.bik2 for the mod to work. This mod may not work for everyone. I don't know what causes this behavior, and I don't know how to fix it. If you really want the mod and can't seem to get it working, I recommend you download RAD Video Tools and encode the original video yourself, it's not too difficult.
