Remember when Elites had Hooves in CE and Halo 2? Elites in Halo 3 switched over to feet with toes. Except for one. By taking Arbiter's hooves and applying them to the standard Elite with tweaked armor textures, I was able to restore the hooves on the rest of the Elites.
