Locate your GTS folder
Open File Explorer and paste the following path:

Download the mod files
Download the mod file manifest and pkg.
Move files to GTS folder
Drag the files into the GTS folder to replace the existing files in it from Step 1.
Launch Halo Wars 2
Open the game. If installed correctly, you’ll notice a change in the screen or text indicating the mod is active.
