About this mod
1. Allows soviet left opposition take take power without civil war.
2. Significantly speedup focus decision.(about 2 times faster)

Require "Hearts of Iron IV No Step Back" dlc(at least use one its files)
Mod includes several changes.
First of all it allows to put Lev Trotsky or Ivan Smirnov to power without civil war.
With this mod the focus “Plan for the Coup” now set under “Infiltrate the NKVD” and if you hire NKVD leader via decision, and then assassinate Stalin via another one, after finishing “Ignite the Flames” you get power without civil war, same way as it originally worked for right opposition leaders.
Also modified paranoia cost for many decisions, you generally don’t need them, if you go through coup way anyway, but may find it useful if go with civil war.
And beside all above, I modified ideology modifiers for “communism” replaced debuffs with with buffs(just remove “-” sigh) and add “Construction speed +50%” and “Consumer good factories(+) 10%”.
if you you like some changes but want to remove other:
To remove focus changes modifiers, delete “national_focus” folder.
To restore original ”paranoia” modifiers delete “decisions” folder.
Focus is change is harder to modify separately, But if you have lets notepad++(free software) or another text editor who can mass replaces text. You can open file “soviet.txt” in “…..Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod\Fast_soviet_focus\common\national_focus” folder, press control + f, in opened menu select “find and replace” and replace “cost = 5“ for “cost = 10“ (10 is original value), then replace “cost = 2” with “cost = 5”(5 was original for them).
For quicker test mod work, use console “fa” command, allows it allows instant focus.
Install
1. Start “dowser.exe” in game folder. (if it doesn’t work you may need replace "distPlatform": "steam", for "distPlatform": "pdx" in “launcher-settings.json” file.
2. Select “all installed mods” and then “upload mod”, “create a mod” in the a new menu create an empty mod with any name, directory, version and tags.
3 Then copy mod files(common, events, localization) into that folder.
