Recently I have finished the game and got all lore stones. Decided to keep last one for you to upload here (and also I thought I may use it in VR version to avoid collecting them again, but VR version doesn't see save).
Before pasting my save game, make a copy of your own saves. I tried to use it in VR, but game didnt see it and I had only an option to start new game. Just in case, make backup.
Save file location:
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\HellbladeGame\Saved
Place save file there and collect last lore stone. Go to the tower, to the top floor, activate and achievement will pop. I used this guide to get them, last one is here as well:
