MOD REQUEST: Postal 2 dude voice over helldiver 2

I'd love to see a mod that replaces helldiver 2 voice with the postal dude, so when I go to use a stim my helldiver will something like "This can't be good for me but I feel great" or instead of having my helldiver scream "FOR SUPER EEEAARTH!!" he'll just say one of the catchphrases that the dude says after killing somebody, like "Buttsauce!".
Anyways, thats my little idea. I have no idea how to actually mod games, so I just put it here in case somebody wants to do it.
