About this mod
This mod replaces Helldiver voice 4 with one that is akin to Skeletor.
All 783 voice lines have been changed, alongside the 163 exertion noises.

Skeletor appears to have found himself in an unfamiliar realm- Will you become the Skeldiver? Or just listen to his shit posting?
I have gone through and altered/ changed all 783 voice lines for Diver voice 4 (Or helldiver_purist_VO if you're being pedantic) as well as 163 exertion noises.
That's 946 things changed- Crazy, right?
I did 100% of the voice work here, meaning NO voice modulators (The game handles those effects) and NO AI was used at all, just my vocal cords baby! I also tried to make the voice lines a little more expressive, so I wasn't just saying 'Reloading' in seven different
tones.
I recommend using the file that has 'directional voice removed' as this completely removes directional/ distance voice lines and helps reduce overlap.
I don't think I can completely remove it, and mostly happens when some actions are executed in rapid succession. I think there is a fade in/ out system in place, but because my voice lines are longer than the originals, the game just doesn't fade them in/ out, thus the overlapping issues. I'll take this into account with future mods to hopefully reduce the overlaps in dialogue.
Alredy have a voice for Diver 4?
No need to fear! There is now a NEW version for Diver 2 HERE!
Use the HD2 Mod Manager to install/ uninstall
OR
Manually install:
Drag and drop the files (excluding the read me) into your Helldivers 2 data folder. (The read me also tells you how to do this.)
How to UNinstall:
Remove the files- ce6b3d08283efc3d.patch_0.stream / ce6b3d08283efc3d.patch_0 (Voice pack)
f6fb08cc02d24255.patch_0.stream / f6fb08cc02d24255.patch_0 (Grunts and Groans)
From your data folder.
If you have any other files that alter the exertion noises of the divers, you'll need to change the .patch_x number.
