Changes the LAS-99 Quasar Cannon and LAS-98 Laser Cannon to a Spartan Laser from Halo Reach
Quasar Cannon comes with two versions:
Normal Scale
0.85 Scale
Laser Cannon comes with a single version
Optional particle module to turn yellow particles to red

Important Information
If you have more mods installed you need to name them in sequential order in order to have them work at the same time. IE:
