First Upload of Cape
This is my first cape, and I'm sure the method I used to make it was the most backwards primate-brain way possible. If I figure out how, I will add a shortened and damaged version. This replaces the Botslayer cape. An Outer Heaven and Diamond Dogs cape will be next.
