Replaces the Senator revolver with the Mangler pistol from Halo: Infinite

Adds the Spartan-perforating magnum-caliber Ukala Workshop Spike Revolver, AKA: MANGLER.
Replaces the P-4 Senator.
Retains working albeit barebones sights (a projected red dot), partially working reload animations. Is visible in the selection screen thanks to the Advanced shader, and will burst the head of any bounty you need or your Credits/Gekz/Barter back!*
(cylinder is static during firing but rotates out of the gun during reload. However, the rounds are static as applying the P4 Senator's animations/bones to them would result in six gigantic slugs floating right in the middle of the weapon model out of the magazine).
