This is a port of 'All NPCs Have Guns' by 2kpr to a simple mod framework-compatible format

As the original is no longer being maintained, and I don't really want to bother with manual file management here is a freshly ported version of the mod!
--INSTALL-- (This mod does not work with standard smf unstall instructions)
Install Video:
I don't intend to update this unless the original mod gets an update.
Everything else in the description of the original (here) applies bar the install instructions (obviously)

- Unzip the zip archive to: [Hitman Install Directory]/Simple Mod Framework/Mods/
- Open Simple Mod Framework and apply within the app
- Profit?!
