Offline Unlocks is a mod for HITMAN 3 / HITMAN: The World of Assassination that unlocks all base-game suits and items when in offline mode. DLC items are not unlocked, because, well, they're DLC - and I don't intend to support pirating the game or its content.
INSTALLATION
1) Use the Simple Mod Framework and import the downloaded mod zip file.
2) Enable the mod in the Available Mods section.
3) Click Apply
4) Play the game with the mod installed.
