Adds Black Market Supplier Shops to the safehouse that can be unlocked via ranking up Prestige. These can be accessed via laptops around the safehouse.
Unlocks are as follows:
Prestige Level 1: Freelancer Tools
Prestige Level 2: Disguises (Tier 1)
Prestige Level 3: Common Items
Prestige Level 4: Disguises (Tier 2)
Prestige Level 5: Rare Items
Prestige Level 6: Disguises (Tier 3)
Prestige Level 7: Epic Items
Prestige Level 8: Disguises (Tier 4)
Prestige Level 9: Legendary Items
